The Wolf Education & Research Center is home to the last remaining Sawtooth Pack: Wolves of the Nez Perce member, Piyip, who is in his 16th year. In the heart of North Central Idaho and close to a recreational heaven, visiting "Wolf Camp" provides a perfect opportunity to witness a rare sight---wolves. Wolf Camp is unique in that our goal is to provide as natural a setting as possible so that Piyip and Pack Owyhee have ample room to roam, socialization that mimics their natural biology, and care that rivals nature.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year, you can make a reservation at the optimal time of day to view wolves with our team, or if you're in the area, drop in and join us in this sanctuary for wolves and humans alike. We welcome you to Wolf Camp.

Chris Anderson, President, Wolf Center Board of Directors
